SONY ZV-E10
As technology advances, 4K resolution is becoming increasingly prevalent in consumer electronics, making it more accessible. The cost of 4K televisions and monitors is also becoming more reasonable. However, 4K cameras are still quite expensive, ranging from $4,000 to $10,000, and some models do not include interchangeable lenses, which can limit your creative business options.
Finding the affordable 4k camera starting out
A great way to find a camera at a lower price point is to check out Amazon's "like new" section. I personally acquired my first camera from this section, then traded it in after mastering it to buy my second camera. Just be sure to review the seller, and their reviews and you should be on your way
Portable, ergonomic, and versatile for photos, and video
I wanted a camera that made it easy to switch from 4k video to my subject shots for my real estate photos without needing to wait. The Sony ZV-E10 really out shows itself and does it without overheating quickly.
First look at this camera, I really appreciated that it was not too heavy - yet not too light. I did at first purchase the ZV-1 which did give me that plastic light feel - returned shortly after. Check out my video below on my first look and photo samples in Lightroom. As mentioned in my video, I really prefer this over my DSLR sometimes mostly for video. Its nice to carry light when you are working with specific projects, after all ergonomics means more productivity!
